Learn how to paint – all the basics from mixing colors from the three primaries to how to use those brushes. Fun exercises like making your own color wheel, and how to transfer a sketch to your canvas, as well as shading and value. You will make a finished and fun painting of cows in the shade to take home. Materials can be supplied for you for $20 per person (just for this class) or bring your own.
Materials needed: 9x12 or 11x14 canvas, a beginner’s set of acrylics with red, yellow, blue, black & white, an assortment of brushes, washcloth & cup.
