Step 1 - fill out the form - DONE
Step 2 - we will approve you as a vendor - (We will contact you if we have further questions)
Step 3 - use QGiv to pay for your space
Step 4 - email us some photos of you, your products, or any kind of marketing material we can use to help promote you and the event. Our email is TheSunshineMovements@Gmail.com
Step 5 - make some great food items and package them up for the show
Step 6 - Set up will start at 10 am on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Please be set up and ready for our crowd by 11:45 am. The show starts at Noon and will go until 3 pm. Bring table coverings and all of your items. When you arrive to the hall, you will have one 6' long table and 2 chairs. Bring additional tables for your space if you like. You may not hang anything on the walls. We ask that you do not take your booth down early. Feel free to bring gift cards, samples, business cards, and promotional items as well.
Step 7 - show all our customers your amazing products, sell them all out, and have a great time making new customers
We will be marketing this event all over Juneau County, local calendars, and Facebook. Please help us by sharing information and inviting people! In addition we may be asking for a small "treat" to allow for us to raise some funds, more details to come.
Remember, our mission at The Sunshine Movement is to alleviate the burden of loneliness, so our marketing will include urging people to purchase things to gift to others. Feel free to package things with this in mind (cute packaging, buy one get one pricing, gift tags, etc.)
