Join us for Sprout Sellers, Saturday, May 16, from 10am–2pm at The Sage School Barn, 1810 Quigley Farm Rd., Hailey.
Sprout Sellers is a celebration of spring. Connect with community, get the first fresh produce of the season, and stock up on plant starts for your home garden. Vendors will offer greens and herbs, first of the season produce, meats, grains, and value-added goods grown and crafted by southern Idaho producers.
To inspire your spring meals, we've invited area experts to lead the following food preparation workshops.
10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Nourishing Herbal Infusions
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Flower Arrangment with Madie of Wild Flora Farm
Before your workshop, we invite you to shop with local vendors. Then, plan to stick around after for seasonal prepared foods from local vendors and dancing to live music!
This Future Roots event honors the rhythm of the growing season and emphasizes the importance of supporting a strong, year-round local food system.
