For 16 years, Jay Stewart was Team Leader on Clown Rounds at children’s hospitals in New England, encountering patients, their families, and hospital staff, proving that laughter - even in its most unlikely setting- is indeed the best medicine. Jay shares stories and observations from this work; tales of love and laughter, empathy, compassion, and a fair amount of heart break along the way. It’s simple, and it’s complex- kind of like life.
