Thank you for volunteering with us as we prepare for the 2026 Legacy Gala - Hope Rising!
Our Legacy Gala is our main fundraiser each year, providing the necessary funding to continue our programs and opportunities that serve foster families, vulnerable chidren and young adults that will soon age out of the foster care system!

There volunteer opportunities for the Gala are abundant:
Any weekday leading up to the Gala - now through Sept 25
working in the office to prep items for the Gala
traveling to pick up different items in town delivering to Agape Ranch
Week of the Gala - Sept 21-24
in office working on last minute preparations for the event
Day before Gala - Sept 25 - 9:00am-12pm
We will be setting up and decorating The Ortiz Center the day before the Gala
Gala Day - September 26
Morning set up - 9am-12pm
Gala event - 5pm-9:30pm - come dressed for the Gala - a meal will be provided for you
Walkthrough area volunteer -arrive at 5:30 - a meal will be provided for you
Tear Down - 9:15pm-10:30pm
If you're available to help but these times don't work, please let me know by noting your preference or change you need to make.
