1. Buy Online

Click the “PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS” button. Show your email receipt at either:

• The Super Ticket Tent (on the lawn)
• VIP Reception Super Ticket Table

…to officially enter your name into the drawing.

2. Purchase with Cash

• Stop by the Super Ticket Tent or the VIP Reception Table.
• Fill out your ticket stub and drop it into the box for the prize you hope to win!

Where Do the Proceeds Go?

All proceeds from the Super Ticket sales benefit Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine (LVIM) and the nonprofit organizations selling them. Your support helps provide essential healthcare services to those in the Polk County community.
