The 2026 Swan Derby VIP Reception is a private, invitation-only event reserved for Swan Derby sponsors, jockeys, LVIM Board Members, and special guests. This exclusive gathering is not open to the public.
This is an adults-only event. However, child care will be available outside in Swanland for your convenience.
Guest Registration Requirements: All VIP Reception guests must be registered before event check-in. Each guest must be registered individually, providing their name and email address, to receive their registration QR code. This code must be presented at the VIP Reception check-in table to receive a wristband for admittance.
Checks for ticket purchases can be made payable to Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine and sent to 600 W Peachtree St, Lakeland, FL 33815. Please specify the number of tickets you would like to purchase when sending your check.
