Announcing a Shabbat with Friends Gathering 

Shabbat Singing Around the Rabbi Dov’s Table 

Saturday Evening, August 1, 2026; 7:15-8:45pm Culminating in Havdallah.

Rabbi Dov Opens invites those who love to sing on Shabbat to join him at his new Shabbat table for a S’udah Shleesheet (Third Shabbat Meal) and Havdallah. We will escort the Sabbath Queen as she leaves us at the end of Shabbat. We will serenade her with wall to wall singing spiced with stories and inspiring Jewish teachings. Be uplifted and spend Shabbat among joyful and friendly people.  

This gathering is open to all ages and backgrounds. Nosh, beverages, and Benchers (Songsters) will be provided.  

This gathering is also hosted by our Nigun Song Circle of Minyan Midbar.  This Shabbat Gathering is free, but please register before Shabbat since space is limited to 18 people. The deadline to register is Friday, July 31st at noon.
