Meet the Chef!

Theo Wright is a highly skilled chef with a rich background in various cuisines, culinary traditions, and sustainable practices. He refined his techniques during training in the Netherlands, where he completed a stage at Vive la Vie, a modern French restaurant in Groningen. Additionally, Theo participated in the WWOOF program and gained hands-on experience in ecological farming methods.
