About This Event

Raffaella Film Screening

Join us at the Cincinnati Art Museum – Fath Auditorium for a profoundly moving evening centered on Raffaella, a new fairytale ballet commissioned in memory of Raffaella Stroik.

After the tragic loss of their daughter, renowned Catholic architect Duncan Stroik, together with his wife Ruth and choreographer Claire Kretzschmar, brought this work to life as a testament to hope and beauty. Inspired by the great classical ballets—Giselle and The Sleeping Beauty—the film embodies Raffaella’s motto, “Beauty will save the world.”

The evening will feature a screening of the ballet followed by a live Q&A with the Stroiks and Claire, offering a rare and intimate encounter with art born of love, loss, and faith.
