About Practitioner Hang Tran

In 2019, after being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, Hang (pronounced "Hahn") sought holistic mind-body practices that moved her towards recovery. Soon after, she travelled to Nepal and India to immerse herself in yoga, Reiki, and sound healing. It was in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she studied with a third-generation Tibetan sound healer - Master Shree Krishna Sha. Through Master Shree, she not only learned singing bowl technique, but how the practitioner's intention can guide the healing journey of other's, as well.

About the #StrongerTogether Fundraiser

Funds raised from this event will help TASC's programs to provide education, job-training, employment, and independent living services to hundreds of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Due to COVID, TASC has cancelled all in-person fundraisers for the foreseeable future. In the meantime, TASC has moved to a virtual fundraiser, called #StrongerTogether to help raise critical funding for TASC’s programs.

While we might be physically distancing ourselves, these times have allowed us to become creative about the ways we must socially connect. Sound of Sunday allows for anyone, anywhere to take a moment to reflect and restore with one another. And that’s exactly what #StrongerTogether stands for; breaking the barriers of distance and standing stronger together than anyone can possibly stand alone.
