Teen Epilepsy Weekend teaches teens how to transition from pediatric medical care to adult medical care while successfully managing their epilepsy/seizure disorder and acheiving their goals in life - college, career, and more!

On Saturday, teens participate in educational sessions with experts from UR Medicine that teach them how to manage their epilepsy, seizures, medication, and medical appointments. The day ends with a fun and relaxing activity.

Sunday starts with a brain break activity and ends with a Q&A session with a neurologist. Parents are encouraged to come at 11am for their own Q&A session with an expert. 

The program ends with a lunch for the teens, parents, and program staff!
