Description:
ACE MV has partnered with the Cape Realty School to bring an in-person real estate salesperson exam prep class to the Island this October! Massachusetts requires 40 hours of pre-license training prior to the real estate salesperson exam. This course prepares students for the license exam and is approved by the MA Board of Registration for fulfilling its licensing requirements. This class has a limited number of seats available and pre-registration is required!
Date/Times: October 17-18, 24-25 | Saturday + Sunday, 9AM-5:30PM
Location: In-Person at Haven Shared Workspace

Meet the Instructor:
Dave Harris has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 3 decades. He has owned or managed Real Estate offices for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Realty World and a number of independents, and has achieved his CRB, CBR, CRS, ABRM, SRS, and SRES designations through the National Association of Realtors. In 2013 he founded EXIT Cape Realty which has quickly become one of the fastest growing Real Estate Companies on Cape Cod, with offices in Cotuit, North Falmouth, Brewster and coming soon to Oak Bluffs and Nantucket!
Dave has been a State Certified Real Estate Instructor since 1995, and has administered classes for the Cape Cod Community College, Sandwich Community School, National Real Estate Studies and the Nantucket Community School before founding Cape Realty School in 2016. In addition to pre licensing classes, Dave also teaches Continuing Education for candidates interested in renewing their licenses.
