About the Speaker

Rebecca Twitchell is the founder and president of half full, llc, where she helps individuals, teams, and organizations move beyond perceived limitations through values-driven leadership development, facilitation, and strategic planning. For more than two decades, she has partnered with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen leadership, foster meaningful collaboration, and build resilient workplace cultures. Guided by the belief to “do well and do good,” Rebecca integrates community impact into her work through service, youth development, and civic engagement. Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in public policy from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and has completed executive leadership studies at the University of Notre Dame.
