About This Event
Facilitated by Founding Member of The Alcove, Vanessa Hicks, this three-part peer circle series is designed for women and gender expansive people who want to build community and learn how to purposefully navigate personal and professional transitions.
Whether you're shifting careers, reimagining your path, or navigating the in-between, this peer circle helps you clarify your direction and take confident, grounded steps forward!
Through evidence-based coaching and learning frameworks, you will identify and let go of outdated success models, explore the interplay between energy and agency, and learn how to become the architect of positive change in your life and career. Each 90-minute session blends conceptual framing with reflective and relational exercises that build insight, connection, and practical tools for navigating the next stage of life with intention, clarity, and power.
