We are so excited you will be joining us for an amazing festival celebrating the 75th anniversary of The Arc of Monmouth. If you are attending this event or sponsored it, then you are part of the reason why we have achieved this wonderful milestone, and so we say thank you. Whether you are a participant, a caregiver, a staff member, a guardian, a relative, or a supporter, you were in the forefront of the reason behind this event. Please read carefully the information listed as it will provide you with details about location, parking, times, activities and more.

Date: Saturday, September 14, 2024
Time: Event starts at 12pm and ends at 4pm
Location: Rising Treetops formerly known as Camp Oakhurst, 111 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, NJ

Where to Enter: The entrance to the event is located on South Lincoln Avenue
Mobility Accessible Drop Off: The drop-off location for anyone with mobility-accessible requirements should use the drop-off roundabout that is located on South Lincoln Avenue. Here you can pull in, drop off, (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN YOUR PARTY THAT CAN STAY WITH YOUR PARTICIPANTS WHILE YOU PARK YOUR VEHICLE).
Non-Mobility Accessible Needs: If you do not need to drop anyone off with mobility requirements, please park in one of two designated parking areas, and walk over to the registration area.
Parking:  First United Methodist Church
Located on the corner of Monmouth Road & South Lincoln Avenue

Parking: Township of Ocean Board of Education Building
163 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, NJ

Registration Desk: The registration desk is located directly off the drop-off area. Here you will be checked in and provided with a wristband, meal ticket, and gift bag.

Activities: Carnival Games; Arts and Crafts; Petting Zoo featuring Handsome the Pig; Picnic Games; Arcade and Game Tables; Face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon animals, inflatable selfie-station, snow cones, cotton candy
Lunch: Please present your meal ticket and enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch sponsored by SYSCO Foods.
Entertainment: Live Music by Shore Thing & The Arc of Monmouth’s Broadcast Club performs

The Arc of Monmouth has partnered with Rising Treetops to put on an exciting new event for our particpants and staff! Founder's Day will be a day of festivities to celebrate our history. Festivities will include games, entertainment, food and music. If you have been a part of our history whether it be a particpant we have served or are current staff, we hope to see you there to help us celebrate our 75 year history!

Here's what you can expect to find at Founder's Day:

• A BBQ Picnic that will serve as a great way to close out the summer.
• Carnival Treats such as Cotton Candy and Popcorn.
• Live Music performed by Shore Thing.
• Petting Zoo.
• Picnic Games including Cornhole, Horseshoes, and Jenga.
• Carnival Games, including Bottle Ring Toss, High Striker, and Spin to Win.
• Inflatable Games, including Axe Throwing, Ski Ball, Mini Golf, Tic Tac Toe and more.
• Arts & Crafts Station with Sand Art and Spin Art.
• Balloon Animals and Face Painting.
