Family Birding Day

Do you want an affordable, meaningful experience for the whole family this fall? Join us for one (or all!) of our Fall Family Days, where you can have fun, spend time outside together, and learn about nature as a family.

Family Birding Day
September 26 | 9am-11am | CNC Auditorium

Family Birding Day is the perfect introduction for families interested in exploring the world of birds together! Learn binocular basics, how to identify common local birds using print and digital resources, tips for spotting more birds on the trail or at home, and simple ways your family can help protect our feathered friends. Binoculars will be available to borrow, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothes for spending time outdoors and bring a water bottle. Registration is $30 per family and limited to 15 families.

Saturday, September 26: Family Birding Day (9-11am)
Saturday, October 17: Pumpkin Day (3-6pm)
Saturday, October 24: Butterfly Day (9am-1pm)
