Sourdough Workshop

About This Event

Join us for a hands-on, immersive workshop exploring the history, science, and art of sourdough breadmaking—with a special focus on fermentation and gut health. Led by Andrea Bohn, this class guides participants through each step of the sourdough process, from understanding fermentation to mixing, kneading, and shaping. 

In addition to practical baking techniques, Andrea will discuss how fermented foods like sourdough support digestion and overall gut health, helping you better understand the connection between traditional food practices and well-being. 

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced bakers alike. Each participant will receive a take-home kit that includes a mixing bowl, Dutch whisk, wooden spoon, kitchen towel, an established sourdough starter, and a loaf in progress.
