EMpact Athletics Academy: Summer Camp

About This Event

Move Better. Play Better. Grow Stronger.

EMpact Athletics Academy is a four-day summer camp designed to help young athletes build confidence and develop foundational athletic skills in a fun, encouraging environment.

Unlike sport-specific camps, EMpact Athletics Academy focuses on the core movements and skills that apply across all sports and activities — including speed, agility, coordination, balance, strength, teamwork, and leadership.

Participants will engage in:

  • Speed and agility drills
  • Relay races and obstacle courses
  • Team competitions and games
  • Confidence-building activities
  • Leadership and teamwork development

The camp is led by local student athletes and powered by The EMpact One Foundation with the goal of creating positive experiences through movement, mentorship, and community.

No prior sports experience is required, and athletes of all skill levels are welcome.

Dates: Monday, July 20 – Thursday, July 23
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Boys & Girls Club of Saline County
1810 Citizens Drive, Benton, AR

Age Groups

  • Ages 6–9
  • Ages 10–13

Registration Fee

$85 per participant

Registration includes:

  • Four evenings of instruction and activities
  • Healthy snack each evening
  • EMpact Athletics Academy t-shirt

Financial assistance is available based on need.

Come train, have fun, and grow as an athlete in a positive and supportive environment where every athlete belongs.

No prior sports experience is required. All abilities are welcome, and every athlete belongs.
