Transfiguration in the Circus

Come one, come all, to see the circus! Allow our clowns to delight you with their farcical antics and pratfalls. Watch as our performers balance joy and despair, freedom and entrapment, transient happiness, and whether any of it even matters at all. Everything is not as it seems in our big top tent, as our clowns seek not only your laughter, but to understand their own desires, fears, and existence itself. In a world filled with spectacle and illusion, who are we when the masks are removed and the makeup wiped off? From the "Belgian Shakespeare” Michel de Ghelderode, Transfiguration in the Circus is a masterpiece exploration of the complexity of living in an absurd world.
