This experience will be led by Brooke Mellen, founder of Cultured Forest. Brooke studied Forest Bathing in Japan and holds a certificate in Forest Medicine. Cultured Forest has been featured by the Today Show, WSJ Magazine, and Vogue.

What to Expect:

  • Walk approximately 1/2 mile on easy terrain.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
