Together, we will celebrate Cooking with Kids’ 30 years of joyful, hands-on learning, welcome our new Executive Director, Carmen Benson, PhD, and share in Cooking with Kids’ legacy of over one million healthy, hands-on experiences with fresh food!
Come toast the legacy of our now Senior Adviser Anna Farrier (former Executive Director), hear from our beloved founder Lynn Walters, and enjoy high tea sandwiches and sweet treats from the chefs at Unit B. Mingle with friends and savor fine wines provided by Lawrence & Suzanna Becerra.
Enjoy food, drink, entertainment, and community–a celebration made possible by donors like you.
This is the launch of Cooking with Kids’ 30th anniversary fundraising year!
For over 30 years, Cooking with Kids has shaped healthy futures, reaching 33,000+ children and families through joyful, hands-on nutrition education in public schools across northern New Mexico.
With significant federal funding cuts, we’re asking our community to come together to sustain programs serving 8,000 children this school year—and to help us reach even more schools and families in the years ahead. Every child deserves a healthy future. Help us build it—together.
Help us raise the next generation of healthy, confident eaters—one ticket at a time.
Our sliding scale tickets allow your generosity to make an even greater impact. For every additional $100 you contribute, you’ll support Cooking with Kids programming for another child in our community. Want to be right in the middle of the magic? VIP tickets come with preferred seating near the front of the festivities.
