Directions & Parking
The River Room is right behind Burning Bush Brewery (Google Maps). Walk past the front door and down the alleyway where you see the sign “The River Room” There is free street parking and a small public parking lot, kitty-corner from the brewery. Additionally, there is a small parking lot right behind the daycare next to the venue that opens at 6 pm.
Check-In
Please have your QR code ready to scan upon arrival. Greeters will scan your ticket and let you know what table you are at. If you do not have a ticket on your phone, you can stop at the check-in table and we will get you added to your table.
Dinner
Open buffet style around 6:15 pm. We’ll be enjoying fried chicken, fried tofu, corn bread, pimento mac & cheese, and salad from Honey Butter Fried Chicken and cookies from Barry’s Sweets. If you let us know ahead of time that you are gluten-free, vegetarian, nut-free, or vegan, please stop by the check-in table when you arrive to get a meal ticket for dietary accommodations.
Additional ways to support
All of our raffle baskets are available on our website. If you want to save time at the event, buy your raffle tickets ahead of time! We’ll draw winners at 8:30 pm, if you’re not present, no problem we will hold your items for pick up at The Friendship Center. At the event, tickets can be purchased with cash*, card, or check. *We will not be able to make change for coins.
Split the pot will be happening too! Please bring cash if you wish to participate. There is not an ATM on site.
Trivia
Begins at 7 pm, hosted by Whaddayaknow? Your table is your team! There will be three rounds with breaks in between so you can refresh your drink, buy raffle and split the pot tickets, and visit the restroom. The winning team will get some goodies from The Friendship Center and The Burning Bush Brewery!
Cash Bar
A cash bar will be available. Non-alcoholic drinks are included with your ticket. Wine, beer, and spirits are available for purchase, including Burning Bush favorites and a speciality cocktail!
