Thank You for Lighting the Way with Care Dimensions
Care Dimensions is deeply grateful to everyone who supported this year’s Tree of Lights. Your generosity created a meaningful way to honor loved ones, remember special lives, and bring comfort to the patients and families we are privileged to serve.
Each light represents a story, a memory, and a lasting tribute. Together, they shine as a powerful symbol of love, remembrance, and hope across our community.

Margaret Taddeo died last February, and this will be her family's first holiday season without her. There was never a doubt that they would carry on a Tree of Lights tradition in her memory.
