Always Remembered – Always Treasured – Always Honored

Thank You for Lighting the Way with Care Dimensions

Care Dimensions is deeply grateful to everyone who supported this year’s Tree of Lights. Your generosity created a meaningful way to honor loved ones, remember special lives, and bring comfort to the patients and families we are privileged to serve.

Each light represents a story, a memory, and a lasting tribute. Together, they shine as a powerful symbol of love, remembrance, and hope across our community.

We invite you to explore our 2025 digital Tree of Lights Tribute Book

Thank you for helping Care Dimensions continue to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients and families, today and always.
