We invite you to join us at our 35th annual Tree of Lights ceremonies, as we commemorate our loved ones who remain in our hearts with an honorary light.

Your tax-deductible gift will light up the evening sky and support Care Dimensions’ programs and services for our seriously ill patients and their families.

Care Dimensions will host four lighting ceremonies this December, offering the community the opportunity to gather and reflect.  Please join us as we remember, treasure, and honor our patients and their loved ones. All ceremonies are followed by a reception with an opportunity to view the Tribute Book, which will also be updated online at CareDimensions.org/TributeBook.

Tribute Book

The 2025 Tribute Book will be available for viewing starting on 12/3/2025.

All lights/names received by 11/30 will appear in the printed and online tribute book. After this date, names will be added to the online book throughout the month of December.

Tree of Lights Tradition Continues, as Family Illuminates a New Light
