They also take up a question that gets asked less often: what it costs a man to break ranks. Not to commit harm, but to refuse the culture that permits it, often among his own friends.
It is a frank conversation, and a hopeful one. Prevention is usually discussed as something adults do for children. This is a conversation about what adults owe one another.
