T.C. Alexander is a banking and community development leader with more than 24 years of experience in financial services. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles spanning business banking, commercial banking, regional management, and community development. As Community Development Relationship Manager, he works to expand access to capital and strengthen partnerships that create economic opportunity in underserved communities, with expertise in small business lending, SBA programs, CDFI partnerships, and community investment. T.C. is also an active volunteer and board member for organizations focused on homelessness prevention, affordable housing, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and basic needs. His commitment to service is rooted in his faith and passion for helping individuals, families, and communities thrive. T.C. and his wife, Gladys, have been married for 26 years and are the proud parents of three children and grandparents of four. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with his family.

Debbie Dennis is Chief Customer Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief Human Resource Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery, where she oversees customer service, community relations, economic development, branding and communications, human resources, and the company's philanthropy, community engagement, and employee initiatives. She has served in this role since 2018 and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience across customer service, human resources, and supply chain. Dennis serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Dallas Regional Chamber and on several nonprofit boards, including Baylor Scott & White Health and Wellness Institute, where she serves as Chair, and the International Women's Forum of Dallas, where she is President for 2025-2027. She is also a member of the Texas Women's Foundation Economic Leadership Council. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Dennis has been recognized with numerous honors, including the 2023 WiNGS Ebby Empowering Women Award, the 2020 Athena Award from the Dallas Regional Chamber, and the Dallas Business Journal's 2018 Women in Business recognition.
