Tri-Cities Treasures: Storefront to Showcase

This November 2, the Museum will recreate the 1959 Community Dinner with a fundraiser dinner at the 1873 Kirby House restaurant, featuring a menu inspired by the original menu from 1959 and updated with modern interpretations, such as a root vegetable salad with an apple-cider vinaigrette and vanilla-braised short ribs with pan gravy and roasted potatoes. Attendees will enjoy dressing in 1950s/1960s attire as part of recreating the 1959 moment, and will partake of a signature welcome cocktail of the era.
