"Honoree Tribute" Donation: Your “Honoree Tribute” donation of $1,000 will be recognized in all printed Gala program materials including a congratulatory message to the Mantiones in a quarter page ad in the program book and inclusion of your selected song in our Honoree Playlist, if your content is submitted by May 1.

"With Support From" Donation: Your “With Support From” donation up to $999 will be recognized in all printed Gala program materials if your donation is submitted by May 1.

Donations received after May 1 will be recognized in all Gala digital materials.
