Be A Trunk-Or-Treat Vendor

Event Date: Thursday, October 29th from 5:00-7:30pm
Event Location: Spencer Adams Parking Lot (Located on W. Victoria St. between Chapala & Victoria St.)

REGISTRATION DUE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2026 BY 6:00PM

Event Overview

All vendors must pre-register—no same-day sign-ups.

Decorate your car, truck bed, trailer, or the space next to your vehicle (not just the trunk) with a family-friendly Halloween theme. Keep everything within your assigned parking space.

Bring 1,000 pieces of commercially pre-packaged candy (about 2–3 large Costco-size bags) to share with trick-or-treaters.

Optional: Enter the Trunk Decorating Contest for First, Second, or Third Place prizes.
Let’s make this Trunk-or-Treat safe, fun, and spooktacular for everyone!

What We Ask From You

• Decorate Your Vehicle/Space

  • Any style—car, truck bed, trailer, or beside your vehicle—staying inside your parking space (25 ft spacing).

  • Amplified music allowed if Halloween- or trunk-themed and family-friendly.

• Candy

  • Bring 1,000 pieces of commercially pre-packaged candy (2–3 Costco-size bags).

  • One piece per child is enough; PAL will provide extra if needed.

• Spirit & Team

  • Fun, family-friendly decorations and costumes encouraged.

  • Limit 5 volunteers per trunk.

  • No selling at this event.

Important Notes

• Registration deadline: Friday, October 9, 2026, 6:00 p.m. PDT.

• Setup: begins 3:00 p.m. | Arrive by 4:00 p.m. | Fully decorated by 4:30 p.m.

• Event ends: ~7:30 p.m. | Cleanup: 7:30–8:00 p.m.

• Vehicles may not move or leave until the event ends.

• Judging: People’s Choice ends 6:45 p.m., winners announced by 7:00 p.m.

• Entry numbers assigned at check-in; place on upper right of vehicle (visible).

• Not allowed: hay bales, glitter, confetti, silly string.

• No electricity provided.
