This year is extra special: The Sloth Institute is celebrating 10 years of conservation, research, and rescue! Even more exciting, we’ve just received our official permit as an independent wildlife rescue center, a massive milestone for our mission and the animals we care for.

Join us for Slothtober Fest 2025, a two-day celebration of sloths, science, and slow living in honor of International Sloth Day.
