About This Event
This May in honor of Thymic Carcinoma Day and Thymic Malignancy Awareness Month the Thymic Carcinoma Center will be hosting its first virtual walk event. By hosting a virtual walk it allows individuals and groups across the country and the world to join in unity to raise awareness and funds for this rare form of cancer.
We invite you to participate in anyway that you choose and are able to!
This could be through walking or running, biking, swimming, hiking, etc. Whether you get outside or walk/ do an activity indoors there are countless ways to participate. The beauty of a virtual walk event is that you can make it your own. It could be a solo activity or get a group of friends/family/coworkers together and build an activity around it!
While Monday May 20th is officially Thymic Carcinoma Day you can choose any day/amount of time in the month of May to participate in this virtual event.
Don’t forget to take photos of yourself or your group while you are out walking/raising awareness for Thymic Carcinoma in whatever way you see fit.
If you are interested in hosting a in person walk to raise money for TCC in May reach out to us and we will help you every step of the way!

We hope to make this an annual event so encourage you to get a group of friends together and make it your own. 100% of the registration fee goes towards Thymic Carcinoma Centers programs and mission to provide hope and support to thymic carcinoma patients and their families through resources for patient assistance and medical grant funding.
We encourage all who are able to sign up and start a fundraising campaign to raise money through family, friends, employers,etc for Thymic Carcinoma Center.
Once you register you will be emailed the peer to peer fundraising link to join or create a team or just fundraising on your own!
