9:00 am - Player check-in

  • Receive cart and hole assignments
  • Roll to win, raffle, and practice facilities open
  • Box lunches and beverages provided to take on cart

10:30 am - Opening words & ceremonial first shot

11:00 am - Shotgun start

4:00 pm - Dinner reception begins (as players finish their games)

The awards presentation will immediately follow the completion of the course by all teams.
