Sango Court Grand Opening

Resources for Community Development (RCD) invites you to celebrate the Grand Opening of Sango Court, our newest affordable housing community in Milpitas. Join us for light refreshments, remarks from our partners and a resident, and a tour of the property. 

Sango Court is a vibrant residential development with 102 new affordable family apartments. Located within half a mile of the Milpitas BART station, Sango Court revitalized an industrial site into a permanently affordable community. The development has on-site supportive services and property management, and includes a community room with a full kitchen and multiple landscaped courtyards. The new all-electric building incorporates green construction methods and renewable technologies for low-income families and households transitioning out of homelessness.
