Join us as we celebrate the start of our 35th year of Uplift!
We’re gathering at the Uplift warehouse to 1) celebrate our journey, 2) recognize the amazing volunteers, donors, and supporters who make it happen, and 3) look forward to the future.
We’re excited to honor Kathy Dean (Uplift Past President) and Bill Ellis (one of Uplift's founders) for their dedication and commitment to Uplift and our mission of caring for the homeless.
Event Details: Friday November 1st, 2024
- Location: Uplift Warehouse, 1516 Prospect Ave, Kansas City, MO 64127
- Dress: Comfortable and casual — blue jeans encouraged! Whether that means a collared shirt or a T-shirt, boots or tennis shoes, come as you are.
- Schedule:
- 6:00pm Gather & Catch Up (Beer & Wine)
- 7:00pm Break Bread & Celebrate Uplift (Dinner & Brief Program)
- After Music & Mingling (Live Music)
"A PAIR TO SHARE" DONATION DRIVE: One of our greatest needs is always jeans/pants/shorts. Please bring a pair to share (or bags and bags of them) to support our homeless neighbors.
**PARKING NOTE**
Parking at Uplift is very limited.
- We kindly ask attendees to consider carpooling or using a rideshare service from home.
- Alternatively, you can park downtown or in the Crossroads area and take a rideshare to the event.
