About This Event
Join us at Montana State University for a Montana Roadshow presentation on Constitution Day!
Led by Rylee Sommers-Flanagan, Upper Seven Law's Founder and Executive Director, this presentation will:
- Uncover unique features of the Montana Constitution, including the right to know, and the right to hold government accountable
- Explore its historical context and lasting importance in protecting the rights of all Montanans
- Highlight the interplay between our state’s three branches of government through stories, insights, and an engaging visual presentation
Every state has laws. Montana has a love letter.
To celebrate Constitution Day 2027, Upper Seven Law comes to MSU’s Inspiration Hall to present the Montana Constitution Roadshow—a talk dedicated to the remarkable 1972 document that Montanans wrote for Montanans, born out of a rare and deliberate act of grassroots democracy.
This isn't a dry civics lecture.
Come Thursday, September 17, at noon, to hear a story that traces how Montanans sat down and built a constitution meant to actually reflect the land, the people, and the stubborn independence that defines this state.
We look forward to seeing you there!
