Community Breakfast 2025

Join us on October 30 from 7–9am as we celebrate the achievements and future plans of USD 232. 

Superintendent Dr. Cory Gibson will share the exciting vision for USD 232 to impact student learning over the next three to five years. He will also extend a warm welcome to special guest Dr. Randy Watson, Kansas Commissioner of Education, who will join us to celebrate successes from the past decade and look ahead to the future of education.

The Foundation will be sharing highlights of our new ELEVATE! grant program. As an added bonus, we’ll be joined by the members of the De Soto High School Jazz Band and select group of members of the Mill Valley High School choir.

Back by popular demand as our event emcee this year is Channel 41 Sports Director and USD 232 parent, Mick Shaffer.
