At United Way of 1000 Lakes’ Community Celebration, the Board of Directors announced a $10,000 Match Challenge supporting local families and community initiatives. Inspired by the evening’s Walking in ALICE’s Shoes experience, the challenge reflects a shared commitment to helping hardworking families facing difficult choices around housing, childcare, food, transportation, and healthcare.
Every gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar and help strengthen local partnerships, mobilize volunteers, and create pathways toward stability and opportunity. Thanks to the generosity of supporters, more than $7,800 was raised at the event. Help close the gap and have your gift matched today.
