About This Event

Hey Dudes and Dudettes!! The totally awesome nonprofits - United Way of Jasper County and The Open Arms Foundation - have a bodacious event that will make you long for mix tapes and antenna TVs.

Tease those bangs. Slap on a bracelet. Pull up those tube socks. Get extra batteries for the boombox. It’s time to BINGO – ‘80s style!!!!

Wear your best ‘80s gear – hair scrunchies, wristbands, hoop earrings, tennis shoes, windbreakers and grab your fellow Brat Packers and head to the totally tubular night of fun and epic prizes!

Location:  DMACC Newton Campus – 600 N. 2nd Ave. W., Newton

Schedule:
Thursday, April 30

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Bingo begins at 6:30 p.m. with regular rounds of bingo and a grand prize game

Tickets:
Tickets are just $30 per person, includes a fun-filled night of bingo, friendship, fun and prizes all for great causes helping Jasper County residents. All proceeds support United Way of Jasper County & Open Arms Foundation. 

Totally '80s Costume Contest:
Come dressed in your best '80s outfit or as your favorite '80s icon Mr. T, Magnum P.I., Madonna, Alf, Nancy Reagan .... PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNERS!!!

Food:
Feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. We will also have some snacks available from our concessions to help raise funds as well.

About Our Charities:
United Way of Jasper County’s mission is to help Jasper County citizens live their best lives through access to medical care, counseling, food, shelter, education, financial stability and much more.

The Open Arms Foundation’s mission centered around providing immediate and meaningful support to vulnerable children and families in Jasper County, ultimately aiming to reduce the emotional and psychological impact of challenging circumstances on these individuals.
