About This Event
Be a part of The Washer City Card Convention, a sports and non-sports trading cards (Magic, Pokemon, etc.) show, Set for March 20-21 in Newton. The 2nd annual event is again hosted by United Way of Jasper County and The IOWA Foundation - two nonprofits serving thousands of Iowans every year. 100% of proceeds from the convention will support these nonprofits and their programs.
Slated for the two-day convention are a vendor showroom, autograph signings and other activities for guests and vendors alike. This registration entitles you to a vendor table, and two chairs (more on request) at DMACC Newton Conference Center. The move allows us to offer same rates, more room, and food/drinks on site!
8 foot tables: $50 per table or 2 tables for $80 (for both days).
6 foot tables: $40 or 2 tables for $70
We do have a 6 table max. (4 - 8ft and 2 - 6 foot to create a pod) per dealer to allow the most vendors and variety possible

Load in will begin at 11 a.m. on March 20
Show times: March 20 - at 2-8 p.m. (Load in begins at 11 a.m.)
Saturday, March 21 - 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Free parking for all
- NEW - both 6 foot and 8 foot tables (mix and match)
- NEW - food/drinks offered onsite (We heard you!)
- Admission is freewill donation - to encourage attendance
- An established show that had more than 500 attendees in fall 2025
- NEW - better layout for flow and attendee engagement
- Dedicated space for concessions, trading, and hanging out
- 6 TVs with the basketball tournament on it
- Freebies for kids
- Tons of marketing around the Midwest
- Secure show room/on-site security for the entire operation hours
- 2 entrances for unloading (2 elevators) and carts available to borrow
