This sign-up is for securing a craft sale booth at Valley's Craft Show 2026. To Volunteer or donate towards our Bake Sale, please see their corresponding sign-ups.
Vendors, make plans now to join us at Valley Lutheran School's Craft Show 2026 happening Saturday, November 7th. We are EXCITED to share that our newly remodeled gymnasium is all set to host vendors (as well as our multi-purpose room), allowing us to grow our Show to 69 spots that day! Craft Show hours will be from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We encourage you to share with your customers your participation in our Show!
Cost: Each booth space, 10'x8', will be $35, plus a door prize item(s) valued at $15-$20 retail. Need a bigger space? Reserve two (or even three) spots upon check-out!
Tables: Vendors are encouraged to supply their own tables. However, Valley has a limited amount of 6' tables available to rent for $8 each and a smaller amount of 8' tables available for $10 each. Chairs will be provided.
Electricity: There is a VERY limited number of booths featuring electricity. These will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are $5 extra. You will have access to ONE plug, and we recommend you bring along extension cords.
Vendor Set-up: Hours of set-up will include both time on Friday (11/6) and Saturday (11/7). Friday hours will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm (please give us until 6:00 pm to make sure we are all set), and Saturday, starting at 7:00 am until the Show begins.
Check-in: Upon arriving at the school, please check in at the table at the West entrance under the canopy.
Load-in/Out: To avoid the steps, use the entrance on the west side of the building under the canopy. We'll have carts available and a handful of volunteers to help.
Food: Again this year, we will have our amazing concession stand available on Saturday. Here's to not running out of freshly made cinnamon rolls!
Parking: ALL vendors are requested to park across the street at Bethany Bible Chapel on Saturday.
Marketing: Each year, the school markets the Craft Show in a variety of ways. New this year is access to a promo kit with images and messaging to let your customers know to find you at our Show on November 7th! This folder will be linked in your confirmation email.
Deadline: Our priority deadline is Wednesday, October 28th. We encourage you to secure your spot ASAP!
Please note:
- School Policy prohibits smoking anywhere on our property.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled.
