The Vermont Recreation and Parks Association (VRPA) and the Vermont Trails and Greenways Council (VTGC), with support from American Trails, are excited to host the 83rd Vermont Conference on Parks, Trails, and Recreation, Vermont’s premier networking and skill-building event.
Join 200 attendees that include volunteers and professional leaders, administrative staff, fundraisers, program directors, and field staff who manage municipal programs and facilities, run summer camps and pool programs, build and maintain trails, and improve access to recreation throughout Vermont.
REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDEES, SPONSORS, AND EXHIBITORS OPEN!
ATTENDEES: Select your rate (members will select the Regular Registration One or Two Day and then enter the promo code provided by VRPA or VTGC before checkout for the member rate). Deeper discounted rates also available for students, all-volunteer organiations, and organizations under $100k budget. Pre-Conference Workhops are also available to attendees as an optional add-on with an additional price. Limited seats available. More Pre-Conferences Workshops will be adding in the coming weeks— stay tuned!
EXHIBITORS: Select your booth option, then select any sponsorship opportunities (additional fee) and optional items for exhibitors, if needed (extra representative + electricity).
SPONSORS: Attendees and exhibitors arwe welcome to select from a variety of sponsorship opportunities including meal sponsor, waterpark sponsor, coffee break sponsor, and more. Sponsorship rates range from $100 up to $3,000!
NOT ABLE TO ATTEND BUT WANT TO SUPPORT? If you are not interested in exhibiting or not able to attend, you are welcome to select any sponsorship opportunities to still have a presence at the conference!
A LA CARTE MEALS: Available to those attendees who want to bring a guest or can only attend a portion of the conference, we are also offering a la carte meal rates!
CANCELLATION POLICY
ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for registration, workshops, and pre-reserved functions and activities must be requested via email up to 14 days in advance of the conference start date, October 21, 2026. All written cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds are given within 14 days of the conference start date.
EXHIBITOR/BOOTH CANCELLETION POLICY: Cancellation of booth space will result in the loss of monies after a certain date. After September 21, 2026 there will be no refunds of any monies. In the event that the exposition is not held for any reason beyond the control of the host organizations, the rental and lease of space to the Exhibitor shall be cancelled and all monies received by the host organizations shall be returned to the Exhibitor less all legitimate expenses incurred for advertising and promotion. Return of such monies will terminate the liability of the host organizations. See the cancellation timetable for policies involving partial credit for cancellations.
