VERTICAL SPORTS FAMILY CLINIC
Two Tuesdays: January 13th and 20th - 4:30 - 6:00 pm.
All ages welcome!
Play Together • Grow Together • Build Your Family Foundation
This clinic is for the entire family. Parents and kids will participate together in sport (flag football)—running drills, competing,
laughing, and having fun side-by-side.
What Makes This Clinic Different
This is not a drop-off clinic. It’s a shared family experience designed to strengthen connection through sport,
conversation, and intentional time together.

Beyond the Field
Families will gather for a guided time of discussion and reflection as they create a shared family mission and vision of
what their home looks like.

Each family will create a Family Mission & Shield—a visual declaration of your values, faith, and purpose—that you
can take home and hang on your wall.
Who It’s For
• Families with kids of all ages
• Sports families seeking deeper connection
• Parents who want faith, values, and sport aligned
Come play, connect, and be intentional about who your family is becoming.
(please wear tennis shoes and workout shorts, and bring a water bottle)
During this 6-week program, kids will be learning core, body weight, weight training and cardio exercises with a focus on varied movements.
This will be at Aloha Kihei CrossFit, a world-class gym with all the equipment needed to help our youth become the best athletes they can be.
This program will be taught by Coach Alana who is a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and Level 2 Trainer.
This program will have a heavy teaching emphasis on nutrition!
Athletes will learn they are capable of so much more than they think while having fun in the process!
After every workout, there will be a "huddle" where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible message, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that our youth can maximize their potential when they grow physically, mentally and spiritually.

Vertical Sports Maui is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
This event is staffed entirely by local volunteers who are passionate about building relationships with kids and sharing the gospel. While tickets to this clinic are free, donations are gratefully accepted and go directly toward supporting Vertical Sports, and help keeps this clinic accessible to everyone.
