Leading for Good series with Jason Vinson
This is a 10-part series designed to equip leaders like you with the tools and skills needed to lead with purpose and make a positive impact in your community. Jason is a retired U.S. Air Force First Sergeant, and former 10-year hostage negotiator and expert in conflict resolution!
Throughout this series, Jason will cover key leadership principles, navigating conflict, creating a resilient mindset, communication strategies, and so much more! All skills that can be applied in both professional and personal settings. It’s a great way to build new skills, connect with others who share your passion for purpose-driven leadership, and deepen your ability to create lasting change.

About Our Speaker, Jason Vinson
Jason is an Executive Coach, Business Development Consultant and Director of Resiliency Training. He is a proud United States Air Force Veteran, retiring from active duty in 2013 as a First Sergeant with the Air Force Special Operations Command. During his distinguished 21 year career, Jason served as a law enforcement officer for 15 years, specializing as a Hostage Negotiator for more than 10 years. In addition to having a passion for consulting in business, his diverse background includes leadership development, power communication strategies, transformational mindset coaching, conflict resolution, as well as a subject matter expert in analyzing body language. His life mantra is SOLVE FOR YES, partnering with his clients to break through limiting beliefs and achieve the results they deserve in both life and business.
