This year, we’re turning up the volume to celebrate Carousel’s 25th Birthday Celebration with our theme: Mixed Tape: Songs of the Past 25 Years! Just like a great mixtape, our event will be packed with energy, nostalgia, and incredible performances,

NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR - Brooklyn Arts Center! Located at 516 N. 4th St, Wilmington, NC
The fun evening begins at 6:30 pm at the Red-Carpet Reception, with heavy hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine included with your admission. This year we are introducing a cash bar! The EPIC Lip-Sync Battle will begin at 8 pm!
Want to join in the fun! You're invited to enter an ACT and lip sync to your favorite song(s) from the past 25 years—any hit from 2000 to today. But there’s a fun twist! Only one song or artist can be represented from each year, so once a year is claimed, it's off the table. You can even create a medley using multiple songs from your chosen year!
If you already have a song in mind (or an idea brewing), send it our way so we can add you to the list. Let’s make this birthday celebration one to remember! 2024 Lip Sync Legend of the Year: Who will be the best in the show? The audience votes! The more guests you bring, the better chance you have to win!
2024 Ka’CHING! Champion: Which act will raise the most money to support the mission of the Carousel Child Advocacy Center? ACTS will have their own webpage/URL to invite their friends, co-workers, family to donate and support their favorite ACT a full week before the event, and the night of the performance.
All Guests Must be 21 years old to attend.
Where to Park? Parking can be a challenge in downtown Wilmington on the weekends, we encourage our guests to use ride-sharing services such as a cab, Uber, or Lyft, especially if you plan to partake in adult beverages.
