About This Event

The Leave A Legacy 5K/10K allows Agape Ranch to raise awareness in the community regarding foster care and adoption. The upcoming 2025 race is scheduled for February 8 at TAMUCC. 
 
This is an application for anyone that is interested in registering as a vendor at the event. If you have any questions, please email the Development Coordinator, Jennifer Robinson, at jennifer@agaperanch.org.
 
Vendor Requirements:
  • Vendors will be located near the start/finish line.  Booth space will be assigned at check-in.
  • Vendors must be selling or giving away items that are family friendly. A good guideline to follow for vendors is to ask the question, "Would what I am selling or giving away be welcomed at an elementary school event?" 
  • If vendors are selling or giving away food items, a current health license is required. 
  • Vendor Spaces are 10' X 10'. Vendors must provide table, chairs, tents, etc.
  • TAMUCC is generally VERY WINDY.  Please prepare to display your merchandise accordingly as well as plan to anchor your tents accordingly.
  • Sales made at the event are the responsibility of each vendor; all profits earned will be retained by individual vendors. Any donations to Agape Ranch by the vendors will be upon the discretion of the vendors.
YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM OUR EVENT TEAM ON THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION.
 
Application deadline is Thursday, January 30, 2025.
 
Check-in and Registration*: 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. 
Set Up Time: 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
Race Events Begin: 7:45 a.m.
Market Sales Ends: 10:00 a.m.
Check-out Time: 10:15 a.m.
