Pre-Event Sorting Support (May 7 or May 13): Location: JFK Recreational Center, 114 Hickory St. or (May 7 or May 11) Location: Hennepin Community Center, 24 Ludington St., Volunteers will assist participants by reviewing, organizing, and preparing donated items for the Youth Citywide Garage Sale to ensure items are display-ready and event-ready.
Event Day Setup (May 15): Volunteers will support event setup, including arranging tables, organizing sale areas, and preparing the space for participant arrival.
Event Support & Clean-Up (May 15): Volunteers will assist during the event as needed and support breakdown and clean-up to ensure the space is restored efficiently and respectfully.
Event On-Site : (May 15) Volunteer on-site during event 3:00pm-8:00pm.
