HELLO FELLOW MARLINS FROM THE CLASSES OF
1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 AND 1974!
We're so happy to invite you to join us back HOME for the celebration of "Virginia Wesleyan's First Five Pioneers!" This event will be held in conjunction with Spring Alumni Weekend.
"FIRST FIVE PIONEER" EXCLUSIVE EVENTS, RAIN OR SHINE, WILL INCLUDE:
Saturday, April 15:
11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
"First Five Pioneer Tent" with seating, casual attire, please wear your "First Five Pioneer" t-shirts and hats during the Marlin Family Picnic (compliments of Alumni Relations):
- Lunch and beverage coupon
- "First Five Pioneer" t-shirt, hat and magnet with a few surprises
- Private campus tour to include Archives with Dr. Mansfield
- 20% discount voucher for book store purchases on Saturday, April 15th only (excludes on-line purchases). University Store hours: 11:00 a. m. - 3:00 p.m.
- "First Five Pioneer" designated parking
5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Evening reception on campus to include hors d'oeuvres (compliments of Alumni Relations), cash bar option serving beer and wine, 60's and 70's music, reminiscing, trivia games and prizes!
Sunday, April 16:
10:00 a.m.
Chapel service followed by coffee and doughnuts.
