All strategies discussed are designed to be flexible and usable regardless of organizational size or available resources.
Short Professional Bio:
James Ndone, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Communication, Media & Culture at Coastal Carolina University and a crisis communication scholar and practitioner. Originally from Kenya, he brings a global perspective to his work on crisis preparedness, leadership communication, and organizational resilience across diverse contexts. His work focuses on how organizations communicate with internal and external stakeholders during high-stakes situations. Dr. Ndone regularly works with organizations and nonprofits to provide practical guidance that supports readiness, credibility, and effective response.
