Buttermilk fried chicken
Carolina pulled pork
Assorted flatbreads:
Burrata-Rita: BelGioioso burrata, mozzarella, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, pesto
Italian Sausage: italian sausage, shaved fennel fresh ricotta on red sauce
Pepperoni: red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh basil

GRACE'S STORY:
Grace Bensch, the daughter of Kaitlin and Jonathan Bensch, started having some developmental concerns around her first birthday. She began missing milestones and regressing in her physical abilities. After months of various tests and doctor appointments, they were finally given an answer to what was happening to Grace. She was diagnosed with an extremely rare genetic disorder called Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD) on October 26, 2023. This neurodegenerative disease only affects about 150 children in the world, and it gives her a life expectancy of 5-10 years. Kaitlin and Jonathan have been blessed to be in Charlotte with so many helpful non-profit organizations, and in honor of Grace, they want to give back to those who have done so much for their family.
